支持基材(1)上に粘着剤層(2)を有し、当該粘着剤層(2)上にはダイ接着用接着剤層(3)を有するダイシング・ダイボンドフィルムであって、 前記粘着剤層(2)の表面は、ヨウ化メチレンに対する接触角:θが70°以上であることを特徴とするダイシング・ダイボンドフィルム。
