プロトン解離性の官能基を有するカーボンクラスターと、水及び/又はアルコール分子等の液体分子を透過しにくい高分子材料とが混合されてなり、この高分子材料の混合比率が15質量%を超え、95質量%以下である、プロトン伝導性複合体。
