【要約】【課題】チップの小型化、試料に対する分析精度の向上、電荷をもたない試料の分析を可能とし、しかも、チャネルのマルチ化を容易にする。【解決手段】マイクロ化学チップ10Aは、板状の基体12と、該基体12の表面に形成され、流体が流通される1つのチャネル14を有する。チャネル14の始端には、流体が貯留される流体貯留部16がチャネル14に連通して形成され、チャネル14の終端には、流体排出部18がチャネル14に連通して形成されている。チャネル14のうち、流体貯留部16の近傍に押出しタイプのポンプ部22が基体12に一体に形成されている。

基体に、流体が流通される1以上のチャネルを有するマイクロ化学チップにおいて、前記チャネルの上流側及び/又は下流側にポンプ部を有し、前記ポンプ部は、前記基体に一体的に形成されていることを特徴とするマイクロ化学チップ。
