【要約】【課題】工業的大量生産が困難であり、極めて高価なシスタチオニンに対し、ラジカル関与の疾病に、治療薬としてのみならず、予防薬として日常的に摂取できることが望ましい。従って、その投与量を低く押さえつつも持続性を有し、安価で安全なラジカル消去剤及び抗潰瘍剤若しくはそのような効果を有する食品としてそれらが提供されることが求められていた。【課題を解決するための手段】マムシ抽出物を主成分とし又はシスタチオニン及びタウリンを主成分とし、セリン、グルタミン酸、グルタミン、グリシン、アラニン、βアミノイソブチリックアシッド、カルノシン等のうち一種類または、複数種類を添加する。
