【課題】支持基板としてシリコンカーバイド基板を用いることなくウェハサイズのグラフェンを有するグラフェン基板を提供すること及びその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】SiC基板30を熱処理することによってSiC基板30の表面にグラフェン31を形成し、そのグラフェン31上にアモルファスシリコン20を形成する。このアモルファスシリコン20を介してSiC基板30にSi基板10を貼り合わせる。そして、この貼り合わされたSiC基板30とSi基板10からSiC基板30を剥離する。【選択図】図6
