リグノセルロースを加水分解してグルコースを生産するリグノセルロースの水熱加水分解法において、 リグノセルロースを、水熱加水分解温度に0.1°C/秒以上の昇温速度で急速加熱して該熱水中で加水分解させた後、直ちに急速冷却することを特徴とするリグノセルロースの水熱加水分解方法
