【請求項1】 長尺の振動板を励振手段で励振させて、振動板の音波の放射圧により振動板の表面上において物体を浮揚させる物体浮揚装置であって、
前記振動板の第1端部側を振動子により励振されるホーンに固定し、第2端部側を振動子が連結されない固定の支持部材に固定し、前記振動板は端部が自由端となるように前記ホーン及び前記支持部材に固定され、前記振動板は少なくとも長手方向の一方の端部の角部が面取り又は円弧状に加工されている物体浮揚装置。
