【請求項1】屋上設置の送水可能な雨水槽からの供給若しくは降雨での散水供給を前提とした水分蒸発冷却屋根・壁体構造において、前記屋根・壁体である構造体の外表面に、表面が均一に濡れるように、ハイドロゲルを含む層を積層構成し、ハイドロゲルを含む層における当該ハイドロゲルを、感温吸排水性ポリマーとし、感温吸排水性ポリマーのハイドロゲルを含む層が屋根・壁体である構造体傾斜面に設けた多設孔に充填・積層するとしたことを特徴とする水分蒸発冷却屋根・壁体構造。
