【請求項1】接触体側に配置される弾性体からなる層と、物体側に配置される荷重測定層とを具備し、該荷重測定層は、可撓性を有する弾性体側の基板と、それから間隔を隔てて対向配置した物体側の基板とからなり、接触体から物体に作用する接触荷重による前記可撓性を有する弾性体側の基板の沈み込みによってオン状態となる前記2つの基板の間に形成した電気回路のマイクロスイッチの位置を検出して、前記接触荷重の大きさ及びその荷重方向を測定することを特徴とする柔軟接触型荷重測定センサ。
