Overview：GENIES is used to predict functional associations between genes. The system can be used in a simple mode (default method and parameters) or an advanced mode (selected parameters). After specifying the organism, users can upload data files (tab-delimited text files of 'profile' for each dataset, or a pre-computed 'kernel matrix'). GENIES allows four different outputs: a pathway list, inferred list, search, and details.
