【請求項1】 PINK1(PTEN-induced putative kinase 1)、ユビキチン、SARM1α並びにTRAF2及び/若しくはTRAF6とをユビキチン活性化酵素(E1)及びユビキチン結合酵素(E2)並びにATPの存在下で接触させ、PINK1(PTEN-induced putative kinase 1)、ユビキチン、SARM1α並びにTRAF2及び/若しくはTRAF6との複合体形成を検出することを含む、PINK1のユビキチン化を検出する方法。
