【請求項1】 生理活性物質を担持した生分解性物質からなる内層と、当該内層とは異なる生分解性物質からなる外層とからなり、 前記生理活性物質はタンパク質であり、 前記内層の生分解性物質がコラーゲン又はヒアルロン酸であり、 前記担持手段は生理活性物質であるタンパク質を、内層との分子間相互作用の強いコラーゲン結合性ペプチド又はヒアルロン酸結合性ペプチドを融合させたキメラタンパク質にすることで生理活性物質と内層との会合定数が108〜1010M-1の範囲であることを特徴とする生理活性物質徐放制御組成物。
