【請求項1】 シート状の難浸炭性の金属材料の表面に、電池用電解液に接する状態で孔食を防止する耐食性のある厚さ0.5〜1μmのガラス状カーボン薄膜層を、炭化水素系ガスの圧力100〜2666Pa、500〜700°Cの雰囲気ガス温度範囲でのプラズマ浸炭処理によって形成することからなる電池用電解液と接触する耐食性金属部材の製造方法。
