【請求項1】ポリビニルアルコールを酸化可能な酵素、酸化されたポリビニルアルコールを加水分解可能な酵素、及びアミラーゼを含有する脱糊液と、デンプン系糊とポリビニルアルコールで糊付けされたデニム製品とを、15°C〜35°Cで、振とう状態若しくは撹拌状態又は静置した状態でデニム製品が激しく擦れないように接触させて、接触後に酵素接触後のデニム製品を洗浄し、洗浄後のデニム製品を乾燥して糊抜きされたデニム製品を得る糊抜きデニム製品の製造方法。
