【請求項1】 生物の脈拍または心拍を示すデータを取得するためのインターフェイスと、 所定の期間における前記生物の脈拍または心拍のデータから拍動間隔を計算し、 前記拍動間隔のパワースペクトルを作成し、 前記パワースペクトルの分布において、前記パワースペクトルの2番目に大きいピークの高さに比べた前記パワースペクトルの最大のピークの高さの割合が所定の閾値以上を有する場合に、前記パワースペクトルに基づいて呼吸数を算出するプロセッサと、を備える、コンピュータ。
