【請求項1】融点が150°C以上である結晶質薬物と水溶性高分子を、前記薬物が前記薬物及び前記水溶性高分子の合計に対して15〜40質量%となるように混合した混合物を、前記薬物の融点より50°C以上低い温度で加熱し、混練することによりナノ粒子化することを特徴とする結晶質薬物ナノ粒子の製造方法。
