Research overview：
岩塩型LiBrを基本構造とした複ハロゲン化物LiInBr4やLi3InBr6は330Kで10-3Scm-1以上の導電率を示す超イオン伝導体である。これらのハロゲン化物を有機電解質に代わる二次電池の固体電解質として用いることで、これまで用いられることがなかったスピネル型構造のハロゲン化物がカソード材料として、またエネルギー密度が最大となる金属リチウムがアノード材料として利用できる。このような材料の組み合わせから、これまでに例のない新しいタイプの二次電池を開発する。
