Research overview：
各種タンパク質を固定したプロテインアレイ作成においては、高効率で大吸着容量を持つようなガラス基板の作成が鍵になる。そこで、高効率で大量のタンパク質を特異的に固定化できる表面修飾法の開発を目指して、ガラス表面を各種ポリマーで修飾しHis-tag と特異的に結合するNi-NTA(nickel-nitrilotriacetic acid)を結合させる手法をベースとして、さらにガラスの表面積を増やす方法、そして多種類のポリマーを組み合わせる方法などを検討する。
