【請求項1】 チャンバ内に、複数の貫通孔を有するマルチホロー放電電極を配置し、 前記マルチホロー放電電極は、2つの接地電極と、2つの前記接地電極の間に配置された放電電極とを含む電極本体を有し、 前記貫通孔は、前記2つの接地電極及び前記放電電極を貫通して前記電極本体の一方の面から他方の面まで連続して延び、 炭素を含む原料ガスを前記貫通孔を通して前記チャンバ内に供給すると共に、前記マルチホロー放電電極に高周波電力を供給して、前記貫通孔を通過する前記原料ガスを前記貫通孔内においてプラズマ化して粒子を成長させる、カーボンナノ粒子の製造方法。
