【請求項1】 遺伝子組換え非休眠性クローンカイコの作製方法であって、 非休眠性カイコ系統の雌個体と休眠性単為発生カイコ系統の雄個体を交配させる交配工程、 前記交配工程後の雌個体に産卵させる採卵工程、 前記採卵工程で得られる受精卵に目的の核酸を導入する核酸導入工程、 前記核酸導入工程後の受精卵より得られる雌個体から未受精卵を採取する未受精卵採取工程、 前記未受精卵採取工程で得られた未受精卵に単為発生誘導処理を行う単為発生誘導工程、及び 前記単為発生誘導工程後に発生した個体から遺伝子組換え体を遺伝子組換え非休眠性クローンカイコとして選抜する選抜工程を含む前記作製方法。
