抄録/ポイント： ITシステム自身の障害による生産スケジュールへの影響が大きいことを考慮に入れたシステム設計法やスケジューリング法を模索するため,集中管理,ショップセグメント管理,セルセセグメント管理,階層セグメント管理の4つに分類したITシステムの管理方式ごとに,様々な障害によって起こる生産スケジュールへの影響度の違いをシミュレーションにより調べた。ネットワークを用いたITシステム管理方式の評価のためのガイドラインも示した。
