抄録/ポイント： 微細藻類からの第三世代生物燃料への関心はここ数年高まってきている。一方,生物燃料だけのための藻類成長は経済性に実現性がないように思われる。藻類バイオリファイナリー経済性を改善するには,特定藻類画分抽出による高付加価値副産物を生産しなければならない。本研究の目的は,2種の菌株(Nannochloropsis gaditanaとScenedesmus almeriensis)の水熱液化(HTL)により得られるバイオ原油の組成と量に及ぼす2種の主要微細藻類成分(脂質とタンパク質)の影響を解析することにある。藻類は,生のバイオマスまたは脂質抽出後とタンパク質抽出後に,異なる温度(300~375°C)で5分間と15分間,マイクロオートクレーブで液化した。その結果,HTL前の微細藻類からのタンパク質抽出は,プロセス経済性を大きく改善し,同時にバイオ原油の窒素含量を低減した。Copyright 2014 Elsevier B.V., Amsterdam.
