概要：
EBI によるタンパク質のファミリー分類、ドメイン、機能サイトに関する記述を収集した統合データベースです。UniProtやPROSITE、PANTHER、ProDom、SMARTなどタンパク質の特性を収録している複数のデータベースを集結し、様々なレベルでのタンパク質の特徴を提供しています。InterProScanを用いて、ユーザが入力した配列から機能ドメインや構造ドメインを検索することができます。
