【課題】ナノカーボン材料を強固に固着できるナノカーボン材料積層用基板とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ダイヤモンド膜3上にナノカーボン材料を合成することによって、ダイヤモンド膜3とナノカーボン材料の結合部分の炭素が、ナノカーボン材料のsp2混成軌道とダイヤモンド膜のsp3混成軌道とが混合した混成軌道を形成し、ナノカーボン材料とダイヤモンド膜とが強固に結合する。ナノカーボン材料のダングリングボンドとダイヤモンド膜のダングリングボンドとが共有結合を形成することによっても強固に結合する。【選択図】図1
