【課題】 糸状菌を用いると乳酸の製造コストを低く抑えることができ、生分解性プラスチックの原料として必要なL-乳酸の製造比率を高くすることができる。しかし従来から使用されている糸状菌では、天然の甘味資源であるシュクロースを含む原料からL-乳酸を直接製造することができない。【解決手段】 シュクロースを含む原料から糸状菌アミロミセス・ルキシイによってL-乳酸を製造する。アミロミセス・ルキシイは好ましくは、その標準株であるCBS438.76であることが好ましい。【選択図】 図1
