【課題】栄養補助食品として利用可能な天然素材由来の組成物であって、運動能力の持続や疲労の予防・回復に効果を有する酵母エキス含有組成物の提供。【解決手段】(I)ビタミンB1含有量0.1〜12%の酵母エキスと、(II)ペプチド含有量40〜80%の酵母エキスと、(III)グルタチオン含有量5〜50%の酵母エキスを含有し、前記(I)〜(III)の比率(I):(II):(III)が、6〜3:3〜1:2〜1の範囲であることを特徴とする酵母エキス含有組成物、前記(I)のビタミンB1含有量が、0.1〜0.16%である酵母エキス含有組成物、前記(II)のぺプチド含有量が、60〜80%である酵母エキス含有組成物、前記(III)のグルタチオン含有量が、15〜20%である酵母エキス含有組成物、前記比率(I):(II):(III)が4:2:1である酵母エキス含有組成物。【選択図】なし
