【課題】従来技術では必須であった金属支持体が不要であり、構造自体簡単で且つ水素透過膜である水素透過性箔膜の取り扱いも容易な水素透過膜モジュールを得る。【解決手段】金属支持体不要の水素透過膜モジュールであって、上下貫通空隙を有する金属シートの1枚または複数枚を積層した精製水素収集部材の両側に、それぞれ細孔を有する金属シートの1枚または複数枚を積層した補強部材とが配置され、その際、それら金属シートは異種金属材料の金属シートが交互に配置され、且つ、それらが一度に接合された後、上下の補強部材の面に水素透過膜を接合してなることを特徴とする水素透過膜モジュール。【選択図】図45

金属支持体不要の水素透過膜モジュールであって、順次、1枚または複数枚の空隙を有しない金属シートと、1枚または複数枚の上下貫通空隙を有する金属シートを積層した精製水素収集部材と、1枚または複数枚の細孔を有する金属シートを積層した補強部材とが配置され、その際、それら金属シートは異種金属材料の金属シートが交互に配置され、且つ、それらが一度に接合された後、補強部材の面に水素透過膜を接合してなることを特徴とする水素透過膜モジュール。
