Claim (excerpt)：

JIS K5600-5-4に基づき測定される鉛筆硬度が3H以上の硬度を有し、 IUPACの分類においてミクロ孔に分類される細孔であってBET測定値に基づく平均直径2nm以下の細孔で構成される多孔質膜表面の親水性領域中に、Si-CH3結合を有する疎水性領域を分散して成ることを特徴とするシリカ膜。
