【請求項1】(a)目的糖鎖について特定のm/zのフラグメントイオンが得られるまでCID-MSn測定を行い、(b)該フラグメントイオンについてさらにCID-MS/MS測定を行い、プレカーサーイオン量の総イオン量に対する百分率と、特定のm/zのプロダクトイオン量の総イオン量に対する百分率とをプロットしてグラフを作成し、作成したグラフを直線で近似し、(c)該グラフと、構造既知の参照糖鎖のプレカーサーイオン量の総イオン量に対する百分率と特定のm/zのプロダクトイオン量の総イオン量に対する百分率をプロットして得られたグラフとを比較することを特徴とする糖鎖構造解析方法。
