【請求項1】骨格相はシリカを主成分とするものであり、周波数10GHz以上の高周波領域で使用される配線に用いられる多孔質基板であって、 ゾル-ゲル反応によって製造されるものであり、内部に3次元網目状の骨格相を有し、少なくとも片側の表面には、前記骨格相と同質の平滑な皮膜が形成されていることを特徴とする多孔質基板。
