【請求項1】 回転可能に車体に取り付けられた駆動輪と、 前記車体に対して移動可能に取り付けられた能動重量部と、 前記駆動輪に付与する駆動トルクを制御して前記車体の姿勢を制御する車両制御装置とを有し、 該車両制御装置は、路面勾配に応じて車両加速度の目標値を制限するものであって、該車両加速度の目標値の制限値を、前記能動重量部を移動させるとともに前記車体を傾斜させて前記車体の姿勢を制御するときに前記車体が接地する車両加速度の値である車体接地に対応する制限値と、前記路面勾配の路面上で駆動トルクを最大としたときの車両加速度の値である駆動トルクの最大値に対応する制限値とのうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて設定することを特徴とする車両。
