【請求項1】第1の方向に略平行な面を有する第1のグラフェン層と、前記第1のグラフェン層に接続し、前記第1の方向と交差する第2の方向に配向した第 2のグラフェン層と、を有し、前記第1のグラフェン層と前記第2のグラフェン層とが凹部を形成し、全光線反射率が、波長200nm以上2000nm以下の範囲において、1.5%以下であることを特徴とする低反射グラフェン。
