【請求項1】 酸化チタンを含むベース層の面上に、複数の領域に分離して配置させて、平面視における平均径が10nm以上30nm以下の金属体を生成する第1ステップと、 前記金属体が生成された前記面上に前記金属体を覆うようにホール移動層を形成する第2ステップと、 を備え、 前記第2ステップにおいて、前記ホール移動層を、酸素雰囲気下でスパッタリングすることにより成膜し、 前記第2ステップにおいて、前記ホール移動層を成膜した後にアニールを行う処理を複数回繰り返し、 前記ベース層と前記ホール移動層との間の界面に沿って前記金属体が配置された光電変換装置を生成する、 ことを特徴とする光電変換装置の製造方法。
