Research overview：
本申請では、骨の主成分に近いリン酸カルシウムを用いて、破骨細胞が関わる難治性骨疾患(転移性骨腫瘍・ガン)の治療に有効な薬物送達(DDS)担体の開発を目標とする。そのため、骨の代謝・免疫系のバランスを維持する薬剤を選定して上記材料に複合化する。
