【請求項1】 受圧部および光ファイバ部からなる光ファイバ圧力センサと、 前記受圧部に予備圧縮力を加えて接触する伝達部材と、 前記光ファイバ圧力センサと前記伝達部材とを保持する保持部と、からなり、 前記受圧部に前記予備圧縮力が加えられた状態を基準として、前記光ファイバ部の先端と、前記受圧部において圧力によってたわむ部分との距離であるギャップ長の変化を検出することで、測定対象に加わる圧縮力及び引張力を検出することを特徴とする力センサ。
