抄録/ポイント： 本研究では,アルミニウム単結晶に対する単軸引張および圧縮変形の分子動力学シミュレーションを行い,結晶塑性の非平衡臨界挙動に対する結晶方位,および負荷条件を調べた。引張り荷重に対しては,転位同士の交差や,欠陥クラスタへの転位のピン止めにより変位が拘束されているが,圧縮変形では異なる現象を示した。この差異は,結晶中の転位間における相互作用と,支配する滑りシステムの幾何学的特徴から生じることが分かった。
