試料光を複数の異なる偏光成分に分離して、各偏光成分を測定する偏光解析装置において、3種以上の検光子を組み合わせた検光手段と、光束分離集光光学系と、集光された複数光束をそれぞれ同時に分光する分光器と、複数のスペクトルを同時に検出することのできる検出器と、偏光解析演算を行う演算処理部とを有することを特徴とする偏光解析装置。
