【課題】 可視光透過率及び導電性に優れ、安価な透明導電膜を提供する。【解決手段】 メタタングステン酸アンモニウム水溶液と、塩化ルビジウム(RbCl)の水溶液とを、WとRbの原子比がRb/W=0.33となるように混合し、さらに界面活性剤を添加して成膜用溶液を得、当該成膜用溶液を透明石英基板へ塗布した後、熱処理して当該基板上に透明導電膜を得た。【選択図】 図1(A)
Claim (excerpt)：
一般式WyOz(但し、Wはタングステン、Oは酸素、2.2≦z/y≦2.999)で表記されるタングステン酸化物、または/及び、一般式MxWyOz(但し、M元素は、H、He、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、希土類元素、Mg、Zr、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ru、Co、Rh、Ir、Ni、Pd、Pt、Cu、Ag、Au、Zn、Cd、Al、Ga、In、Tl、Si、Ge、Sn、Pb、Sb、B、F、P、S、Se、Br、Te、Ti、Nb、V、Mo、Ta、Re、Be、Hf、Os、Bi、Iのうちから選択される1種類以上の元素、Wはタングステン、Oは酸素、0.001≦x/y≦1、2.2≦z/y≦3.0)で表記される複合タングステン酸化物を含み、波長400nm以上780nm以下の領域で透過率の最大値が10%以上92%未満であり、膜の表面抵抗が1.0×1010Ω/□以下であることを特徴とする透明導電膜。
