【課題】 内視鏡的胃ろう造設術にあたり、胃壁と腹壁との縫合を、従来の縫合方法よりも簡便に行うことができる、生体用縫合具を提供する。【解決手段】 縫合糸が挿通できる、2本の穿刺針;前記2本の穿刺針を所定間隔だけ離間して平行に保持する保持部;前記各穿刺針に先端が挿入されている、長さ2〜2.5mの2本の縫合糸;及び前記2本の縫合糸を出入可能に収納する収納部を備えている。【効果】 2本の縫合糸を、内視鏡に挿入されたスネアを用いて捕捉し、体外に引き出してから結紮を行うことができる。【選択図】 図1
