【請求項1】 質量%で(以下同じ)、C:0.03〜0.25%、Si:0.44%以下、Mn:1.0〜3.0%を含有し、残部:鉄および不可避不純物である鋼であって、フェライトの平均粒径が3.0μm以下、マルテンサイトの平均粒径が10.0μm以下、更にマルテンサイトの体積率が15〜23%であることを特徴とする低C-Mn系超微細粒鋼。
