【請求項1】 γ線ビームを横切るように被検査体を並進移動させ、前記γ線ビームに対する被検査体の各移動位置において、被検査体に照射される照射γ線ビーム強度と、被検査体を透過した透過γ線強度と、被検査体内部で発生した陽電子の消滅γ線に関するデータを照射γ線ビームの経路と一対一に対応付けて計測する工程と、前記γ線ビームに対して被検査体を所定角度回転させる回転工程とを反復してデータを取得する工程と、前記照射γ線ビーム強度と透過γ線強度に関するデータをもとに被検査体の第1の断層像を形成する工程と、前記消滅γ線の強度に関するデータをもとに被検査体の第2の断層像を形成する工程とを有することを特徴とする被検査体の非破壊検査方法。
