【請求項1】白金細線の金属露出部に、(1)メルカプト基を有するシランカップリング剤溶液に浸漬させた後、他のシランカップリング剤溶液に浸漬させる方法、(2)メルカプト基を有するシランカップリング剤溶液に浸漬させた後、テトラエトキシシラン溶液に浸漬させ、さらに他のシランカップリング剤溶液に浸漬させる方法、及び、(3)メルカプト基を有するシランカップリング剤溶液に浸漬させた後、他のシランカップリング剤溶液に浸漬させ、さらに前記シランカップリング剤溶液とは異なるシランカップリング剤溶液に浸漬させる方法、から選ばれるいずれかの方法で有機薄膜を形成し、
