【請求項1】 試料に接触する熱電対と、 前記試料上の複数の加熱点を順次加熱する加熱装置と、 前記順次加熱による前記接触点の温度上昇に応答した前記熱電対の複数の出力を検出して前記複数の加熱点の加熱にそれぞれ対応する複数の温度上昇を測定する装置と を設け、 前記複数の加熱点間または前記複数の加熱点から前記試料上の前記熱電対の接触点までの距離及び前記複数の加熱点に対応する前記複数の温度上昇に基づいて前記複数の加熱点の間または前記複数の加熱点と前記接触点の間の熱伝導率または前記熱伝導率間の比率を求める微小熱伝導率測定装置。
