【請求項1】 光入射面に可視光線及び近赤外線の波長領域での特定波長太陽光の波長と実質的に同じ周期構造を有する耐熱性金属と、 前記耐熱性金属の光入射面上に形成されたキャビティを包埋し、金属濃度が10wt%以下であるサーメットと を備え、 前記サーメットの膜厚が、100nm以上2000nm以下であり、 前記キャビティの大きさは、直径200nm以上500nm以下、深さ100nm以上であり、 前記キャビティは、ハニカム構造である熱吸収材。
