【請求項1】 光硬化材料を該光硬化材料より高い屈折率を有する高屈折率媒質上に供給して光硬化材料膜を形成することと、 前記高屈折率媒質と前記光硬化材料膜の界面における所定領域に、前記高屈折率媒質側から複数の光束を、互いに異なる入射方向で且つ臨界角以上の入射角度で照射し、それにより発生した複光束干渉エバネッセント波により前記所定領域近傍の前記光硬化材料膜を硬化させることとを含む凹凸パターンを有する母型の製造方法。
