1次光を放出する発光素子と、前記発光素子を覆うように設けられJISA値で50以上の硬度を有するシリコーン樹脂と、前記シリコーン樹脂に含有され、前記1次光を吸収して可視光を放出する蛍光体と、を備えたことを特徴とする発光装置。
