Claim (excerpt)：

【請求項1】 自車両が走行車線から逸脱する可能性を判断する逸脱判断手段と、該逸脱判断手段により自車両が走行車線から逸脱する可能性があると判断されるときに、自車進路を逸脱回避方向に修正して走行車線からの逸脱を防止する逸脱防止手段とを備えた車線逸脱防止装置において、 前記逸脱防止手段は、走行車線からの逸脱回避に必要な進路修正量を算出し、旋回内側への逸脱であると判断したときには、前記進路修正量のままとし、旋回外側への逸脱であると判断したときには、前記進路修正量を自車両の走行状態によって設定される制限値以下に制限し、当該進路修正量に応じて自車進路を逸脱回避方向に修正することを特徴とする車線逸脱防止装置。
