【請求項1】ナノ粒子の原料となる固形材料に対し、固体粒子及び液体を含む懸濁液を投射して前記固形材料を摩耗させることにより前記固形材料のナノ粒子を生成させるナノ粒子生成工程と、前記固形材料の摩耗により生成したナノ粒子を含む懸濁液を回収する回収工程と、を有し、前記固体粒子が水溶性であり、前記ナノ粒子生成工程において、前記固形材料に対し、前記懸濁液として前記固体粒子が析出した飽和水溶液を投射するナノ粒子の製造方法。
