抄録/ポイント： 食事蛋白質摂取は骨格筋量の維持に重要である。血漿アミノ酸濃度は蛋白質摂取と共に増加し,筋肉蛋白質合成の増加はロイシン濃度に依存する。血漿ロイシン濃度に及ぼす混合粉と遊離アミノ酸摂取の影響を調べた。この無作為化交差試験において,10人の健康な若い男性(年齢25歳,高さ1.73m,体重65.8kg)は,2gのロイシン(LEU)の異なる条件下で,混合食事(MEAL-LEU)の2gを摂取し,混合食事(MEAL-LEU180)の180分後に2gのロイシンを摂取した。血液試料を,摂取後420分以内に収集し,アミノ酸濃度の変化を評価した。最大血しょうロイシン濃度はLEUに対して442Mに増加したが,MEAL-LEUに対しては34716M(p<0.05対LEU),食事に対しては205M(p<0.05対LEU)であった。MEAL-LEU180に対する最大血漿ロイシン濃度は48227Mに増加し,LEUと比較して有意差はなかった(p>0.1)。血しょうロイシン濃度の急速な上昇は,ロイシンが同時に摂取されると抑制されることが観察され,その摂取のタイミングが同化反応を最大にするために考慮されなければならないことが示唆された。Copyright 2019 The Author(s) All rights reserved.
