【課題】 Sn-0.3〜0.7重量%Cu-0.04〜0.1重量%Ni組成のはんだ合金において、マイクロクラックの発生が抑制されたより優れたはんだ特性を発揮するはんだ組成の提供、また、凝固後のはんだ合金がより微細組織化する組成のはんだ合金の提供。【解決手段】 Ni添加によりSn-Cu合金の凝固形態が著しく変化し、Sn-0.6〜0.7Cu-0.05〜0.06%Ni合金で凝固機構が最も著しく変化し、またNi無添加では凝固が他の接触部位から進行するのに対し、前記組成では他の接触部位だけでなく凝固が均一に進行し、凝固後のはんだ合金組織がより微細化しており、緻密かつ均一な凝固が得られてマイクロクラックの発生を抑制できる。【選択図】 図9
